Order
Can I update or cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation or update within 24 hours of your purchase during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm EST).
Updates include the following:
- Address Change
- Quantity Update
To cancel or update an existing order, simply email me at shop.conamorash@gmail.com.
Please note, no cancellations after the order has shipped.
How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number within 1-3 business days. This email will inform you that your order is on its way. If you do not receive this email, please check your “promotions” or “spam” folder, as it may sometimes end up there.
Returns + exchange policy
All sales are final. If a product is faulty upon delivery please reach out to me at shop.conamorash@gmail.com and I'd be happy to help!
